After spending a week in Sicily this past September touring their wineries and getting to know the terroir, culture & cuisine, we are so excited to welcome Firriato back to our restaurants! Federico Lombardo will be joining us from his family's winery in the famed Etna winemaking region to guide you on a tasting tour of Sicily!
Our culinary team has created a special, 5 course Sicilian-inspired tasting menu to pair with an exciting lineup of 7 highly acclaimed Firriato wines, including their Gaudensius sparkling and a variety of Etna Bianco & Etna Rosso, wines which have been a staple on our list here at Sirenetta since ur opening in 2020!
